Holidays

Legal holiday of Korea is specified in “Provisions of the holidays of the government and public offices,” and normally indicated in red letter in calendar.

This includes all Sundays, National holidays, festive days and religious memorial days like the Buddha’s birthday and Christmas. There are also temporary holidays like the election day of the President or member for the National Assembly.
