Obtaining Driver License

Person who wants to drive automobile etc., must obtain a driver license from local police chief.
Training driver permit is effective for 1 year, and when the person who obtained training driver permit receives first-class and second-class general license, the training permit will be void.
Person who wants to drive obtaining driver license must pass the driver licensing exam, and if driver license is missing or torn, it can be reissued if he or she reports the fact to local police chief.
If person who has received license get physical disorders etc., which may hinder safe driving or comes under cases set by the Presidential Order, he or she must go through occasional qualification test.
Driving automobiles etc., the driver must carry his or her driver license.
