• with writing signed by two adult witnesses in addition to both parties of marriage

Report of marriage in Korea

• In accordance with Korean laws
• Required documents : Documents in proof of the nationality of the foreigner of marriage(a copy of family register, birth certificate, a copy of passport or attested ID registration, etc.) and documents proving the fact that the foreigner has requisite for completion of marriage like ability to marry issued by government and public offices and embassies and legations aboard of his/her home country

Report of marriage in foreign country

• The marriage certificate must be submitted to the competent embassies and legations abroad within three months after the preparation of marriage certificate, but
• The person him/herself married may submit by mail or in person to city, gu, eup or myon office to which his/her Korean partner has been registered.
