Changing Temporary Residence

Subject

• foreigners who have registered and want to change his or her temporary residence

When

• within 14 days from moving-in date

Report to whom

• immigration bureau or city, gun and gu(district) offices having jurisdiction of the new temporary residence

Who

• only foreigner him/herself; family and person living together cannot report.
  (But, employer can report on behalf of industrial trainees)

Required documents

• The person him/herself : Foreigner Registration Card and Report of Changing Temporary Residence (Form No. 34)
• Employer : Foreigner Registration Card, Letter of Attorney(autograph of the foreigner him/herself), Agent's ID, Agent's Certificate of Holding Office and a copy of Business Registration Card
