Registration Procedures

Persons and Time to Register

• Foreigners who would like to sojourn for more than 90 days since the day they entered in Korea. → Within 90 days from their entry date.
• For foreigners who lost Korean citizenship and acquired a foreign one or who was born in Korea, etc., they would like to sojourn for more than 90 days from the date they were qualified for sojourning. → Within 90 days from their entry date.
• Foreigners who have been approved of sojourning qualifications or got changed → at the time of the approval. (immediately)

Reception Office

• The competent immigration office at the sojourning place or branch offices
