Basic status

  • Yangsan City is located in southeastern part of Gyeongsangnam-do and adjacent to Busan and Ulsan. The area is connected to east, west, south and north with Gyeongbu Railway, Gyeongbu Expressway, Yangsan and Gimhae expressway, Sindaegu Expressway and others. The Yangsan Line of Busan City Railway is open to have great accessibility from and to major cities as a hub of transportation.
  • The City is advancing to a corporate city with Yangsan and Eogok Regional Industrial Complexes leading the way, and this newly emerging city has grown dynamically with the Yangsan New City.
  • This is a park city with full of rivers, flowers and groves as the medical base city (Medical-polis) with Medical College of Busan National University, College of Herbal Medicine, Busan National University Hospital, Dental Hospital, Children's Hospital and others, and the city is truly a great place with dreams and hopes.
